Designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, this practice combines breath and movement to challenge both body and mind, guiding you through a transformative experience on and off the mat.

  • This practice follows the classic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, offered in 60, 75, and 90-minute formats. Set in a heated environment, it’s designed to systematically work every muscle, tendon, ligament, and joint, promoting strength, flexibility, and detoxification while enhancing mental clarity and focus.

  • This unique flow series incorporates mudras, moon salutations, and the innovative use of props, offering a fresh approach to traditional Hatha yoga. With an emphasis on drishti (focused gaze), this practice encourages mindfulness and alignment, creating a balanced experience that nurtures both the body and the mind.

  • This dynamic class features an 18-pose sequence, offering the opportunity to explore variations within each pose before flowing through the series with one breath and one movement. Designed to build strength and fluidity, this practice encourages you to deepen your connection to both your body and breath as you progress through each stage of the flow.

  • The flow class you love now integrates targeted mobility work to increase movement throughout the entire body. From shoulder rotations to internal hip lifts, you’ll explore motions that are often overlooked, enhancing flexibility and range of motion for overall body health.

  • Experience balance in this 60-minute class, starting with 30 minutes of intense, heat-building flow, followed by 30 minutes of deeper, restorative holds paired with guided meditation. This blend of dynamic and stillness provides both physical challenges and deep relaxation.

  • In this deeply restorative Yin class, the lead teacher guides you through long-held poses while 1 or 2 additional instructors provide hands-on adjustments and support. This personalized attention helps you align more fully, promoting a deeper release and enhanced relaxation.
